I have been using this bird seed for many years and have always had good experiences. It's fresh, safe and the quality is very stable. It's worth noting that this isn't the best food to make up the majority of your bird's diet - it makes up maybe 10% of my birds' total diet and one of them even gained some weight with the rest. Its diet consists of pellets and food. (This bird had some health issues and isn't bred well, let's say, so factors other than diet are at play here.) It's also worth noting that any minerals that are added to the seeds from the outside don't make it into the Creating Seeds Because the birds only eat the insides of the seeds, supplements are not a reliable source of nutrients here.
