I glued it to the board. Use it to open my garage door. (Remote no longer works). The manual button still opens the door. Use this relay to bridge the wires on my manual button. Relay activation with remote setting of the wireless Christmas display. 110VAC installation. DDDT. 2 circuits, normally separate. Or activated normally. Activating the Christmas Lock closes a relay which activates the garage door motor. This has a short range when the door is closed. You have to get very close (2 feet) to open the door. It was fun putting this device together. This is an easy setup.
