I like how easy it was to set up my database in Microsoft Access! It's very intuitive for new users as well. There are some features not included (such as creating custom fields). We didn't have any issues using this software but if you do run into problems they will help out right away. If you're looking for something simple yet powerful then look no further than Winsearch. This program makes managing our applicants so much easier since we can track everything from phone calls through emails back to applications submitted via online portals or faxes.
