First impression: Lots of air movement, even at low. Not too heavy and looks well made. The brush was a good size. I think part of my own problem is that I don't know how to use this type of tool. I have medium/short hair in the back and long in the front with an angled bob. It worked great on the back and scalp. Unfortunately, with medium and long hair, they get stuck around the brush and get sucked into the bottom of the wand. Maybe there's a technique I'm missing. It was REALLY awesome curling the ends of your hair, long or short if that's what you want. When the company saw my rating drop, they got in touch! They offered a replacement or refund. I can't say how great their customer support was in solving my problem or finding a solution.
