Arrived on time. Came with a nice "thank you" note, which I appreciated. They were a bit tricky to assemble as the small screws go in the corners. I had to adjust the screws a bit to fit my hanging file folders. But after that they fit perfectly! Hanging file folders slide wonderfully back and forth. I like that there is enough room at the bottom of the organizer to keep suspension files from dragging around and causing the metal part of the files to lose grip on the side rails and pop out. I hated that with my old plastic containers they used to be in so the disappointment is over thank goodness! The main reason I ordered them was that they would fit perfectly into a competitor's (Better Homes) 13x13x15 Kallax cube rack or similar, for example. They look fantastic and meet my need to sort my huge stack of documents efficiently without making any boxes or bins look ugly or out of place. They have a stylish, simple, and classic look that I love.
