I expect it's second class because I've definitely bought cases in my life that were smoother and softer but I liked the price and they work well for the reason they are where bought. I am bedridden and my hair is almost to my thighs. The cases were bought to reduce damage to my hair. They work so well I bought a pair for my mom or I thought it was "some" but it turned out to be one, although this seller wrote that the listing is a set and in was hidden from all other labels that said it was the only case. The title also spoke of the set. I had to buy it from this seller and I would be happy with the purchase. I also like the zipper, it's not a standard rectangle but a spear leaf shape.
