Review on πŸ”§ Enhanced Phillips Norelco SH90/72 Replacement Heads for Series 9000 (Replaces SH90/62) by Lisa Simmons

Revainrating 4 out of 5

After using a Norelco product for 35 years I have finished

To paraphrase the razor head I will include a review for the razor. Which totally applies to heads for the reasons given. After 35 years of Norelco razors I'm fed up with them. The quality of the product seems to have gone down with every razor I've bought since Philips acquired Norelco. Now they have allowed their greed to overwhelm their development causing the product to fail. This razor works very well on your face, unfortunately it becomes almost useless if you don't replace the "lower razor block" (the part that connects the heads to the razor) every 9-10 months. In previous models, all of this was sold as a single unit. I think that's one of the reasons heads are so expensive. I was happy with the price of the heads. Although this headboard is no longer included in the scope of delivery, the price of the heads has not decreased. So any 9-10 shaving head just falls off the block during shaving. If you're not fast enough to catch it, it will fall apart when it hits the floor, scattering razor stubble all over the bathroom floor. Therefore, almost every time you shave, you have to mop the bathroom floor. What's even more annoying is that they don't sell this part and it's not easy to find it elsewhere. So until now I've called warranty service (which is a problem in itself) and said if it's not part of the razor head it must be part of the razor. So it's under guarantee. what they sent. Unfortunately my (expensive) razor is just over 2 years old and no longer under warranty, plus I'm just tired of going through it because of my greed. You don't have to pay an extra $20 for a part that used to be, and still should be, part of the plastic. I will just cut my losses on the new shaving heads I just bought and switch to another brand in 35 years.
