My wife recently started experiencing pain at the top of her right shoulder. So we bought her this shoulder warmer pad. Pros: 1. It is filled with rice, not gel. Therefore, in my opinion, in case of an accident, it is a little safer than the gel, which can burn your body.2. The surface is made of fabric and not plastic, so I think that makes it safer as well.3. The surface is quite good and covers the entire shoulder. Cons: 1. Doesn't look very good, the stitching is sloppy and clearly visible.2. A strange odor appears when heated. (I'm not sure if it's because it's new.) Overall, it can hold heat for at least 10 minutes, and my wife says it definitely reduces pain and brings relief. So I would say this is a good shoulder wrap warmer.
