It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.
I bought this brand of wheels because, in theory, wheels are wheels and since I rarely go faster than 140 mph on the interstate and because it doesn't mow the curves in and around the city. Subtractive noise (it was initially suspected to be the bearing, but I checked with the service department and they assured me that everything was fine; in fact, the bearings were noisier at times 2-3). I'd give it a 5 if it weren't so noisy, but right now it's a solid 4.
