this one got something wrong after 3 weeks

sounds like something in the motor is loose and rolling it worked for me 4 times than this horrible noise. I am sorry that I bought it from Amazon because it was not installed by the end of the kitchen renovation and the 30-day return policy is not good at the moment. plus the cost of the electrics to fit, now I have to take it apart to see what's going on in the motor.
