Review on 🔩 Durable Products 72318 DuraHook: Enhancing Organization with an 80 Degree DuraBoard by Chad Judex

Just bought 2 sets of Durahooks hooks. They supplied 2 sizes of screws. The larger size is suitable for our wall mounted control panel in most cases. So we called Titan customer service and asked for extra large screws. First we were told yes no problem. I was then told that I would have to return any items I purchased to Amazon in order to receive a refund and then purchase the same items again. I found it fun especially during Covid and just needed a few extra screws because some of the original big screws didn't work. I was then told that if I paid the postage they would send me screws; which I initially agreed to. But then they said they would refund me for shipping a small box of screws. Then I decided against it as they made it a lot harder than it needed to be. However, I didn't cause the problem. I just wanted to attach the purchased hooks to my pegboard to keep them from falling off. After all, a small pack of screws costs quite cheap. However, they seemed to have little interest in satisfying me as a customer.
