Strap broke after 3 months of use
I bought this bag for my wife as a Christmas present to use as a work bag. Looks nice but is not durable at all. She has been using it daily for the last 3 or 4 months and this week one of the straps broke. I'm hoping that since it's only 6 months old and has only really been used for 3 or 4 months, I'm hoping that the seller will provide a replacement strap or case. However, I am afraid that the quality does not match the price.
