This dog training collar is very good. It was packaged well and the instructions were pretty simple. Neither the collar nor the remote were charged, so we had to charge them before we could set them up and use them. Also, only one charging cable is included, but it needs to charge 2 items. I hoped they included a string for each item. We ended up with a spare cable that belonged to another electronic device and luckily it worked. At first I couldn't tell if the collar worked or not, but after a while I realized from my dog's reaction that it worked and she responded. I ordered that we could train them and stop their destructive behavior. She would pounce on strangers and bark very menacingly because she was scared. It bothered us and we wanted to find a way to control it. This collar is helping a lot and she is starting to feel better. I can say that with time and persistence this will become a great training tool.
