Would give a zero rating but don't offer it. At first they worked fine. Only after printing a few pages did my printer show a problem with the cartridges. I read other reviews saying to take it out and erase the metal contact strip which I did and then it worked for a while until I got another message saying the cartridge was out of ink which it didn't was the case since I just replaced them. That. So everyone got out, wiped the contact strips again, worked a bit, then again the message that something was wrong with the cartridges. The bottom line is I have to trust the printer to know the cartridges are not genuine HP cartridges and hence the printer will keep giving cartridge problems which frustrates the user to pay big bucks and buy genuine HP cartridges got to. What a scam! ink is ink right?
