The system allows us not only have automated but also manual process which we needed since our business volume has increased so much that it was almost impossible just relying solely upon automation software (which some of those are great).
Also I really like their customer support team who always willing help you out in every step during your implementation journey as well when there's any issue related or after purchase date! - Not having enough storage space per trade bookings/logistics needs.- Need more robust reporting capabilities compared other competitors such pricing reports etc.-- Integration between multiple ERPs could've been done better-- Needs improvement from my perspective would probably start at 1) Better integration features across different modules 2.)
