Great Co-Workers and Supportive Management Team
I like that they have been able to provide me with so much support for my team, even though we are spread out across multiple states in different time zones! They do an excellent job of keeping us connected through email or phone calls when it is needed most - which has helped our business tremendously as well since no one wants their employees feeling isolated during this pandemic situation!! Nothing at all really.
Sometimes you can feel disconnected from your coworkers because there isn't always someone available via chat/phone call etc., but everything seems fine once everyone gets back into work mode again :).
