Great laptop aside from the slow internet connection and inability to wake up from sleep

As there are no reviews for this laptop I will try to be as detailed and concise as possible. Keep in mind that I'm no techie at all and have only had this laptop for a few days. For context, I bought this laptop to replace a 3 year old ASUS Zenbook (UX330UA) (after trying the Zenbook UX333FA and hating the keyboard). Overall I'd say it's great BUT there are some issues I can't fix so I'm returning it. ADVANTAGES: - Beautiful design. I love the look of the silver and rose gold (although rose gold isn't my favorite color) and it really sets it apart from the sea of silver and black Ultrabooks. The thin bezels around the screen also make it look very clean and modern, and it doesn't have a lot of free space. It's actually just as wide as my old 13.3-inch Zenbook, but not as tall due to thinner bezels, so it's a bit smaller. Light but strong. not so light that you'd forget it was there, if that makes sense The metal appears to be of high quality and there wasn't much if any flexing in the case or keyboard - Excellent (perhaps not exceptional) keyboard The reason I bought this laptop in the first place was as an alternative to another zenbook I've tried, with a terrible keyboard layout, this one is much better and has a standard key layout (although I'm used to a zenbook too, so maybe other laptops are different). The keys are soft rather than clicky, but that doesn't bother me and didn't have any issues with my usual wpm in a typing test.- Good screen. The screen was bright enough for me and very colorful. My only complaint is that it appears a little more grainy/pixelated compared to my 13.3" computer, but that appears to be due to both computers having the same resolution at different screen sizes. - Good port choice. I can't stand computers that only have USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, and this laptop has a lot of different ports. I downloaded Microsoft Office. It doesn't bother me personally, but maybe others. - Decent sound quality although my hearing isn't the best so other people might not hear it. CONS: - Low internet speed? I'm not computer savvy enough to figure that out, but based on Google's internet speed test, this laptop typically had 1/3 to 1/10 Mbps as my other computer when both were connected to the same Wi-Fi networks. . I even tried turning off another computer to see if having multiple laptops on the same network was a problem, but the situation remained the same. For example, this computer had a download speed of 8 Mbps while my other computer had a download speed of 70 Mbps at the same time. In other cases, the difference wasn't as drastic, but it consistently tested lower than my current PC (and another new laptop I've bought). I have no idea what caused it, but it bothered me. Who knows, maybe this doesn't affect the connection at all, but it struck me as odd. - I didn't wake up from sleep. After leaving him in sleep mode for several hours, he did not wake up from his sleep. General. I tried pressing the power button, random buttons, and the touchpad, but nothing turned on. I had to do a hard reboot to turn it back on. When I checked, this was an issue that other people were having, both with this particular model and other ZenBooks. This is ultimately the issue that is making me return this laptop. Remember this has only happened to me once in the 24 hours I've owned it, but I chose not to keep it for fear that this problem had appeared in less than a day. Overall, I would describe this computer as comfortable, durable, and lightweight, but in my case, unfortunately, there was an issue (which may not be present in all machines of the same model). Hope that helps.
