I have cubital tunnel syndrome in my right arm and would really like to avoid surgery if I can. My previous braces, which I got from my doctor, were HUGE. It was like sticking your hand in a giant pillow and trying to sleep. It didn't tighten anywhere, it just relied on its size to stay in place. I stopped using it because it kept slipping off my elbow onto my wrist when I was falling asleep and it usually hurt. This bandage has a padded sleeve that you slide your arm into to keep it in place and adjustable Velcro straps. The material is very stretchy and forgiving but stays in place. It also has a plastic stock that keeps your arm straight and offers some support. I'm very happy to start this because I feel it will help my pain a lot.
