The printer keeps turning off my circuit breaker. I've taken it to different outlets throughout the house and even tried adding surge protection. When they called my brother they did nothing to help and advised to plug the device directly into the wall. I have explained many times that the printer was connected directly and disconnected across the circuit. I didn't want to be stuck with this $600 printer that didn't work so I returned it. It also prints legally, though from time to time it needs to automatically detect the paper size, which is costly to keep reprinting packets. I think $200 printers work just as well. There was nothing special about this printer, its features, or its operation.
