I bought these because my $200 prescription readers had a flimsy metal frame and broke. I didn't want to spend another $200 to replace them because I have long-range progressive sensors. I found them and thought two pairs for less than $20 would be more than adequate, and the blue light blocking/anti-glare was an added bonus. I'm pretty sure I paid more than the price of these glasses for those add-ons at the optician's store alone. When I received them I was pleasantly surprised! I was immediately hooked to find that the arms on these pieces are very flexible and probably won't break as easily as my expensive pair. I put them on and could see just as well as I would with prescription glasses and with no nasty side effects. When I buy e-readers from the pharmacy, I usually get dizzy or have a headache when I wear them. This was not the case with these! I use them on my computer all day and the blue block/anti-glare works really well. No eyestrain or headaches. To be honest, if they're still available from Revain in the future, I might never buy prescription readers again!
