Worked great at first. It didn't take long to charge the first time either. I got caught on my hair once, but it stopped immediately and I was able to pull my hair out easily. About the 3rd day of use it started sporadically as if it had a short circuit. Luckily this happened well before the 30 days were up and I was able to return it for a full refund. This is a great concept and really helps keep you cool outside or when you don't have air conditioning. I bought another brand that was slightly more expensive and designed to not snag my hair. This makes it easier for me to flash in the evenings without having to turn on the regular fan that can make the whole room too cold.
