OCD is a great company to work with.
When i get OCD about something, I am very thorough. Which is why i choose them. It’s just the way i am. They have helped me find a solution to my problem that works for me. My website has been updated in a way that I want, and that makes me happy. They have changed the look of my site to fit how I want it to look. They have helped me make decisions about what my next step should be, and have guided me through it all. The customer support staff at OCD was extremely helpful. If they didn't know the answer, they would search until they found one or someone else who did. They were always courteous and patient, which made this process go much smoother than if they had been less willing to help!
Pros
- They give a very personal service where you feel cared for as a client.
- Their product was easy to implement and I received fast turnaround.
Cons
- The price is higher than some of the competitors, however, their support team does an excellent job of making sure that everything goes smoothly and that you receive exactly what you pay for.
- Their documentation could be better.
- The end result looks like a standard Wordpress theme, not a custom design.
