We finally got a diagnosis on my very ill dog and he basically can't produce his own pancreatic enzymes. She is currently on medication for this but I am also adding this to restore her system which was wrecked by this disease before we realized what was wrong. I've just started using this, but I'm a herbalist and have done a lot of research on this bark. I have high hopes for its potential.
