I've worked on many 5vz and my favorite method of removing the crank bolt is a composite bodied and short infrared percussion gun Base. With the radiator out there is enough room to slide it in there without hitting the condenser, but you can just pry it out and then unscrew it by hand or the gun will interfere with the condenser. As for the setup, guess the torque if you're using a pistol. This tool works well for loosening and turning by hand or with a pneumatic ratchet. This is ideal for assembly to get accurate torque. I've had probably a few hundred cases to use this and never had a problem without it, but I think if you make a lot of these it's worth the money. I'm glad I finally have it. I still use a drop of blue LocTite on the slide for reliability.
