I purchased these lights in November 2020. They were installed under my patio, mostly out of the weather, but still subject to southern temperatures.After about a year I noticed several of the lights didn't seem as bright, and a few months later a couple of the lights had burned out completely. The package did come with one spare bulb, so I was able to replace one of the burned bulbs.I contacted the seller through Revain message and they promptly replied with some suggestions on testing the troublesome lights. I followed the troubleshooting steps they suggested, but the burnt and dimmed lights were still. burnt and dimmed. After a few more back and forth messages just to verify the type of light and my shipping address, the seller let me know they had replacements on the way. A week later, I had replacement bulbs sitting on my doorstep!In summary, I like the lights, they look good on my patio and provide good light for the most part. I was surprised at how quickly these LED lights went bad though. So the lights themselves get 4 stars.I am however giving this product a full 5 star review because the customer service was outstanding! I have never written a review on Revain before, but I felt compelled (I was never asked) to leave my first ever review for this product because of how satisfied I am with the customer service.
