Pure rubbish. Do not buy from Mastertronic. Don't buy referrals. I spent 3 days getting my settings working, my 16GB of RAM was usable and my computer ran smoother. Don't waste your money here and just buy the real ones from Microsoft.com. I spent 4 hours on the phone with Microsoft support until they had to ask me multiple times where I bought this POS. To improve matters, Mastertronics support still hasn't answered me after 24 hours. I will be returning this product so that it is better elsewhere. Thank you for your time and money, I cannot return some of the accessories for this.
