Ran too small, the best in my rating
My daughter is actually 11 and I bought them and she only wore them for a month and I had to buy new ones. They are very tight and 11 is more like 10.

- This tap shoe has a flat heel that provides stability and balance while dancing.
Cons
- Practically does not absorb shocks and causes discomfort in the feet and legs.
