The most useful part is that it allows me to see my fleet's performance in real time which helps us make decisions for our business operations as well as customer service needs/requirements from customers (customer satisfaction). It also provides historical data so I can look back at previous years' numbers if needed but this feature isn't available when using mobile devices such an iPad or iPhone since they don’t have access through their browsers like desktops do via Chrome etc., however there are workarounds by downloading apps onto these tablets allowing them full functionality including viewing reports online without having desktop software installed locally; not all features may be accessible though some will require additional programs downloaded into tablet browser app itself - no issues here really just minor inconvenience compared other benefits provided!
