The pins are so far into the anchor that when you try to screw in the lever they pop out of the drywall leaving you half stuck in with the screw. Therefore, you need to take it out and repeat again. elsewhere because the destroyed hole is too large for another dowel and drywall screw. phew Yes, I learned that the hard way. Once that was taken care of, I was able to install the arm fairly easily. Hydraulic arm tension isn't as sensitive, so don't expect nuance. This is a way of staying down or jumping.
