guinea pigs love this house. They like it better than their willow tunnel because it allows them to hide completely from us. They don't actually chew it, but they always bang their heads and flip it over. Sometimes up to 3-4 times in 20 minutes. Sometimes they go for days without a flip. Who can understand the mind of a guinea pig. However, all that flipping eventually took its toll and we had to start cutting away the layers as the hut fell apart. They didn't mind, and they continued to use the house until it got smaller and smaller, until there wasn't even a door. Maybe it was an upgrade - now we can't see them from any angle. Definitely a new house is being planned but we have been living in it for a good 5 months so I have no complaints.
