Dried my hair and made it fall out
Dried my hair like crazy and my hair even started falling out. Wrote to support and didn't answer. Find out. As usual, I oil my hair once a week and wash my hair twice a week. So this was used twice a week instead of my usual shampoo and conditioner. Only used about 2 weeks. I've never had a problem with hair loss before my hair grew very, very, very slowly and I was hoping this would help a little. But instead he thinned my hair out. So sad.
