If you flip through the product photos you will see what you are getting. However, when purchasing, you can purchase stainless steel license plate screws. . The propeller covers are made from a mirrored plastic that will degrade over time under the elements and road wear. The caps also don't fit your regular bolts - they're designed for use with capscrews and brackets, but in my experience these bolts weren't quite as thick as typical license plate bolts and dangled very loosely in the holes. . I highly recommend anticipating all of these potential issues as finding them while installing frames and not having a ready-made solution was frustrating as hell.
