Not bad at all! I don't usually trust tools with attachments. It's usually a mess and one of those attachments eventually stops working! But actually it's a good machine. I twist the roots of the hair and avoid the top layer to cover the curled hair. Easy to use device. You have to wait until it gets colder to change the plates. But it's faster than you think. A glove also helps
