I was confident these speakers would sound like what cheap speakers usually sound, I was wrong they sound, as if they were 3 times larger and 10 times more expensive. The lighting is a great bonus, especially if you're playing in a dark room, it just adds to the coolness. So you can just upload Bluetooth to it from your phone or other Bluetooth source, or it requires a 3.5mm plug like headphone jack from any device and you can use it on your source. It requires USB power, which isn't a problem as USB power adapters are plentiful and cheap, giving it 5 stars for PERFORMANCE + VALUE + VERSATILITY.
