That's what you get. a 19191 is a 90 degree adjustment

The picture shows many different features and of course you can't get all of them for the $11 you pay. Part number 19191 is for a 90 degree fitting that has a male flare (with Schrader valve) on one end and a 1/4 female quick connector on the other. They are designed for tight spaces where you need to change the angle of the connector to connect the hoses. I am very happy with the purchase and they are very high quality as is the vast majority of Yellow Jacket products.
