I LOVE my new Gotham Steel Forged Copper Cookware Set! The heat is perfectly distributed in these pans, which makes the cooking process even more pleasant. I stopped using my old Calphalon cookware last year when I noticed the nonstick coating was starting to peel off and the surface was becoming difficult to clean. Now everything has changed because the surface of Gotham Steel pots and pans is easy to clean, no matter what I'm cooking on it. I like the copper finish better than the plated one. The baking sheet and bread pan are also very nice. I hesitated to buy this set because it was so cheap! After seeing the set a friend bought I was convinced. Great value for money. I would recommend this cookware set to anyone thinking about buying a new cookware set.
