I like that you can set reminders so your teammates know when they have to perform an action, or even just when something's due! You can also create custom Reminders with different rules/attributes. The only thing I don't love about this software is how clunky it sometimes feels, especially if you're trying to do more than one task in a row (such as sending several reminders). If you want to easily send multiple notes at once, then this would work well. We use this tool all of our teams to notify people on what tasks are coming up next week, etc., which helps us keep everyone organized.
