Light output great! Packaging not so much!
These lights are great! I am refurbishing a ground floor apartment which had not been used in a number of years. The original 4’x2’ fluorescents were not starting reliably, even with new tubes. Looking at the cost of replacing these, I ran across these LED panels. Packed two to a box, the price is somewhat comparable, especially after you factor in the longevity of LEDs.Downside is that the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. The initial ones arrived damaged and the replacement box had units that had bowed. Fortunately, I was able to straighten them out!Light output is astounding! When the two are switched on, it is almost daylight in the room.
- To install flush on a drywall, you should use the separately sold mounting brackets.
