Shiatsu neck massage works well for me. Vibration massage is what you need. I am happy when I relax my neck and almost fall asleep. I turn the vibration up to the maximum to get the full effect. You don't get a deep tissue massage from the vibrating part. It wasn't designed for that. It simply stimulates the skin for a very gentle massage if you wish. I love that you can control the shiatsu massage independently of the vibrating part. Overall a good buy for the price.
