Galaxy S9 is a nice update for my J7. It was very easy to transfer data from my previous phone to the new phone. First watch the Youtube video to backup your old phone, then turn off your phone and transfer SIM card and SD card (if you have it). The only problem with buying a used phone is that I didn't get the tool needed to "eject" the carriage with the SIM and SD card in it. I found that a small paper clip did the job well. After the old sim and sd were in place, the phone walked me through the setup. Very easy. Like the new phone. I haven't tested the fingerprint scanner or face recognition yet.
