Two things I've had issues with other barefoot shoes in the past. is the protection of the sole when walking on gravel and forest. and that I get "hotspots" on the soles of my feet in the gym. These shoes have changed. They are very comfortable, provide ample support and are durable enough for long off-road rides. In the gym, they feel like standard training shoes, although they still fall into the BF range. just a slight heel lift. Overall they are very impressed with them and will consider another pair when they reach the end of their lives.
