It feels like the brain is squeezing

Everything is fine. I work from home and use those 8 hours a day for my work. I've been using them for a few weeks but my head hurts. I often have to take them off because they press my head near my ears. My ears hurt after a day at work. I don't have a big head. i have small ears I will have to get a new set that suits me better. I hope they work better on my child.
