RETCH is a bad product for my printer and my printer is bad to try. This is my updated story. I received and installed the cartridges on August 15th and immediately installed them in my printer. Original cartridges showed signs of low ink, however the printer worked fine until I installed "new compatible" cartridges. But when I installed RETCH cartridges, I only saw errors when the printer kept draining ink (if you have inkjet printers, you know what I'm talking about). You can compare it to someone releasing poison into their system. I was like a Munchausen parent who keeps stuffing their printer kid with poison and wondering why it doesn't work the way it used to. But hey, I have two more sets that I will try until the printer prints properly. After trying all three ink sets to no avail, I ended up with a tricky printer and a dirty hand. After posting this review for over a week, I received an email from their representative asking them to remove my unbiased review. They offered a refund in four days if I delete this review which would be great if it would give me back the time I lost. Removing this review will not revive my dead printer and may simply mislead other bargain hunters into trusting a product that claims to be compatible. Moral of the story: Suggestions, good or bad, will help you get what you need in the long run.
