Installed correctly?Yes But the HP Glitch does not accept these cartridges. Yes I went into the settings and yes I used the default without setting the ink info. Did it get through the press, yes! However, it just doesn't print dark, which is a little sad. I will not send them back because it is too problematic. I don't think this is not the seller's fault. However, I have to read the reviews that a lot of people had this problem. For this reason I would never buy HP again.

Update: Support called me back and fixed the issue. The product is good, in addition to my experience, the ink is excellent and prints very clearly. I bought this ink and received it on August 22nd. I tried installing black photo inks and found that they are NOT suitable for my printer (HP Officejet 4620) even though the description clearly states that the ink is compatible with my printer. RETCH is a bad product for my printer and my printer is bad to try. This is my updated story. I received and installed the cartridges on August 15th and immediately installed them in my printer. Original cartridges showed signs of low ink, however the printer worked fine until I installed "new compatible" cartridges. I went broke buying HP brand inks for my printer. I was about to buy a new printer with cheaper ink, although my printer works perfectly. So I went to Revain and found this aftermarket brand ink, very cheap, and figured out what I have to lose? So I installed new cartridges and everything went fine. I had to restart the printer, but everything is fine. The quality of the ink is exceptional.

So far this is a great quality product. There are 3 packs of ink. My HP printer didn't like them at first, but I turned it off and restarted. He accepted it when I turned it back on. The cards I printed came out bold and bright with no smudging. Great product, great price.

Product packaging made a very strong impression. As mentioned in one of the other reviews, one of the black ink cartridges was the wrong size and didn't fit the HP printer. I had the same problem. After reading this I inspected another black ink cartridge and found that the size was different than the one I opened and would fit the printer. There are 3 sets of ink cartridges. It is very similar to the original and very easy to install. You will get a warning from the printer, but don't worry. They work just like the originals and I love the color even more. We really like this mascara. Definitely cheaper than HP but the quality is the same.

They entered our HP without any problems. I made sure to get the correct set as our machine uses PB (Photo Black) along with the black cartridge. I started writing right away. I "ignored" the non-OEM warning. The pressure is great.

This product exceeded my expectations. Most of the time, when you buy cheap, you get cheap. I have no problems with these cartridges.
