Update: Support called me back and fixed the issue. The product is good, in addition to my experience, the ink is excellent and prints very clearly. I bought this ink and received it on August 22nd. I tried installing black photo inks and found that they are NOT suitable for my printer (HP Officejet 4620) even though the description clearly states that the ink is compatible with my printer. I installed black ink and it matched, but after 20 prints my pages started printing as if I didn't have black ink. I decided to call service to sort this out. The woman replied and when I explained my problem she helped me with the black ink which showed no problem but when it came to photo ink she told me to learn to read the description properly and make sure my printer Photo ink used. The cheek of this lady who tells me I have to learn to read! It clearly says it's compatible with my printer and it's a bundle deal so it should work with my printer. I told her that it was rude of her to tell me to learn to read and that it was obviously not my fault since I had read the description, reviews and product information. I gave her the chance to fix it but she stood up quietly and rephrased the fact that it was MY fault because my printer does NOT use photo ink and I should have read this before buying. I am very upset that I was treated this way. No solution or even option was offered. Very rude! I'm not the type of person to complain or write negative reviews, but poor customer service is unacceptable.
