There is a good video on removing the Rav 4 door panel. However, there are no videos on removing the actuator on Rav 4 2001-2005. But there are many videos on YouTube about the Highlander. This is the video that comes closest to you learning how to remove a Rav 4 drive. A good tip is to film or photograph everything (bolts, screws, etc.) so you can put them on exactly as you took them off. All in all it took me less than 1 hour to install. I ordered another one for the passenger side. Now that I'm familiar with all of this, the second one will take me less than 30 minutes. So it was worth around $20.
