I like that we have been able to do everything online, from initial account set up through our annual audit process without having to go anywhere else! Also being in California makes it easy for me when dealing with tax issues as well. Nothing really - so far nothing at all has come out of this service other than peace-of mind knowing my accountant is not going around town looking into things or doing double work due to lack of time/resources. We are using them primarily because they offer free access to their services which saves us money compared to hiring outside help who charge by hour rates.
