Love TaxACT & couldn't imagine trying anyone but TAXact

I like that we have been able to do everything online, from initial account set up through our annual audit process without having to go anywhere else! Also being in California makes it easy for me when dealing with tax issues as well. Nothing really - so far nothing at all has come out of this service other than peace-of mind knowing my accountant is not going around town looking into things or doing double work due to lack of time/resources. We are using them primarily because they offer free

  • That alone speaks volumes given most people only expect quick turnaround times if its an emergency situation suchas fire etc., but never before just answering questions regarding taxes.I appreciate prompt responses even more now since working remotely fulltime & no office staff anymore..so very helpful!!!!! No complaints here whatsoever

Great asset management System and customer service

The ease of use, functionality available to manage my assets in one place! I had never used any other software before this platform so it was very easy for me as an inexperienced user/manager at first but now that i have gotten more comfortable with using their system its been great!! There is nothing about sunflowers systems we dislike however there are some things they could improve upon such like adding additional features (more security options) or maybe even allowing us access outside our…

Great customer service, easy to work with platform!

I like that you can use your phone to check in with my account manager whenever i need some help, or just so he knows what's going through me when it comes time for payments! It makes having an overall better experience because we are able tto communicate more easily throughout our lifecycles of buying homes from this platform!! Nothing at all really dislike about sunflowers assets as far is concerns us using them daily but maybe if there were other ways they could make their product…
