These stands are very strong and easy to assemble. The instructions included were clear. Their folding feature is great and allows us to fold our kayaks a little tighter than usual. Your customer service is wonderful. I sent them a message on twitter to which they responded immediately and they put me in touch with someone who could help me. Let me know what is the best product for my kayaks and how to use them safely as we need something foldable. I would like to buy other shelves of this brand. Room for improvement: More padding/padding to avoid pressure on the kayak. They tend to leave a small yellow stain on yaks when wet (which is not recommended but difficult). The hole could have been a bit bigger as it fits the Hobie Revolution 11 snugly.
