Beautiful Damascus steel kitchen towels, the pattern is embroidered instead of printed, which gives a stylish look to everyday items. Medium weight cotton towels and the absorbency is about the same as similar towels. They are softer than most towels, probably because the pattern is woven rather than printed. I've noticed that they fall off a bit, but the vast majority of this happens in the dryer (where I've found orange shedding in a lint catcher), but it didn't affect performance. Just make sure to wash them before first use. I keep one in my oven, it looks beautiful and makes the perfect kitchen towel. I am very happy with these towels. When these towels disappeared they used to be beautiful works of art in our kitchens, then there were crude mostly useless print versions, I'm glad these towels are back!
